About Me

My name is Annette Phipps, and I am a lifelong Washington state native. Our beautiful location in the small town of Elk near Spokane, Washington, is the inspiration for the name of my quilt business - Sunset Valley Quilting. I am excited to offer quilting services to my neighbors both near and far! I have been a quilter and a longarm quilter for over 15 years. Quilting is my passion, and I want to share with others who may not have the ability, desire, or knowledge to finish their precious quilts themselves.
